1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PizCloud, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Account

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
• PizCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Storage Services

• PizCloud offers free and paid storage plans (monthly and yearly).
• Your data is backed up and synchronised across your devices according to the limits of your selected plan.
• We make every effort to protect your data but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute protection from data loss.
• PizCloud is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, including accidental deletion, account sharing, or compromised devices.

4. Payments & Renewals

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or authorised payment providers.
• Fees are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the service for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

6. PizCloud's Rights

PizCloud reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service.
• Adjust pricing or features of plans, with prior notice for existing paid users.
• Remove content or restrict access when required by law or due to policy violations.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

PizCloud does not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PizCloud shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data due to events beyond our control.
• Service interruptions caused by network issues, third-party providers, or factors outside our responsibility.

9. Termination

You may discontinue the use of PizCloud at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behaviour.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PizCloud operates.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PizCloud after changes are published indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
